Lore Arrington was born and raised in Indiana and currently lives in the Seattle area. Her greatest accomplishment in life…as she puts it is mother to her three beautiful children. She feels her patience in waiting for the right time to indulge her love of music will pay off.

Taking parenting seriously, she decided to pursue her music full time until her last child was of an age where he could travel easily with the family while touring.

Very committed she has developed into a singer/songwriter who delivers lyrics and melodies built out of life’s relationships. Lore’s writing gives clear insight into her personal being…“I’m a strong woman who works at delivering lyrics through personal issues, experiences, influences, good or bad. I try and write from the sidelines of life and share them with my audience by peeling away at the layers and finding realistic ways to relay them.

This has been an eye opening experience for Lore. If asked to do it all again, she wouldn’t change a thing. I’m proud of all the songs I’ve written together with my husband Mark. They are like newborn children and have made me a better person because of them. Good things come from a real, honest love of your craft. A love, for the most part, only the individual can understand. Music connects to my soul, I long to share it in the most soulful way that’s given to me.

My hope is to show the audience that we are all alike in many ways. Our music drives my inner soul, while the lyrics allow me to let life unfold around me.

Being a parent has been a liberating experience, making music is a gift I will never take for granted. My hope is the person who hears my music will feel liberated and that it touches people in many ways.
